It was a very good experience. Our sales guy Kevin L. VanVorst Jr. was awesome probably one of the smoothest buying a car experience we had. Had all the right answers and didn’t try to sale us something we didn’t need. So I know when we need another in the near future where we will be going.

After leasing our car for three years, we have learned a lot! It is too expensive to lease if you don't feel a need to "trade up" for a new car all the time. We were stressing, time limited and at the end of our lease, ready to buy out. Thanks to Ray Long, our Sales and Leasing Consultant, we had a smooth process wrapping it all up. Ray was helpful, patient and professional, and advocated for us; they even waived a big fee when we didn't think we would be able to. As dealerships go, this is the one to count on. Highly recommend Ray and Team Toyota!

Arseniy was our sale professional. He was knowledgeable, he fixed a good sale price for us. Most of the process was straight forward. The only comment that I have is about selling extra warranties. This was my second unpleasant experience. They normally quickly go over the pamphlet to sell it as a sweet deal and unfortunately mostly are silent/even unaware about terms and conditions that majority of the time make that deal useless. I had to cancel the package both time. I wish they provide the written document ahead of time and let the customer take a decision with awareness to prevent future hassle for both parties.

Smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. I went in knowing what I wanted. My sales associate, Chris Nguyen, was knowledgeable, had a pleasant disposition, and easy to work with. He made the entire process hassle-free. I'll definitely be back to Team Toyota of Langhorne.

Knew exactly what Sequoia I was looking for and found it searching inventory on the Toyota website @ #TeamToyotaLanghorne about 40 mi.away. Met Tom Mellon as we walked in and made the buying experience a breeze and drove home that day with a great truck, a great deal, and more importantly, a new friend. Would highly recommend asking for Tom if you’re in the market for a Toyota.
