I buy a 2020 GMC SIERRA from them which was my 2nd car from them the first car they sold me it was a good car but the GMC WAS a nightmare the salesman sold me a truck with a bad transmission and on the way home the car suddenly stopped on the highway I took the car back to them and it’s took them more than a month to fix it and the use car sales manager is a dishonest person he sold me a warranty without telling me and charge me 3000 for it and I told him to cancel the warranty and give me my money back which he told me he canceled it but I never got my money back when u go inside they treated you good but when your car his problem they don’t even answer your call are email . Stay away from the use car sales manager and a sales person Tod . U can see the email I sent him the Salesman never responded I have to go back and forth to get them to fix my car it was a nightmare I will never go there again .

Sabir was wonderful! He was not pushy, listened to our concerns. Notified us promptly when car was in. Finance office efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Overall I would equate our experience to a root canal. I really do not see the point of dealerships, if our salesperson had been on his own this transaction would have been flawless. Instead after several back office/management missteps we were left with big promises and under delivery. In August we were looking for a used Sienna, found a beauty at Toyota Langhorne and began the sales process. After handing over a hefty downpayment, we were told we would get the vehicle in a week. One month later no car, but a nice initial loan payment reminder. No car has been received. Two weeks later we get the car and a half hearted apology. Well next day it needed an alignment, so much for gold certified pre owned. After several phone calls with management we were told we would receive a check to cover the first loan payment, happy new year and no check. Happy with the vehicle but won’t use them again. We were an ideal customer and were patient and understanding, we do not feel that our good faith effort was matched by the dealership. In short if you need to go through the hassle of a dealership, do it somewhere else.

Although I was not ready to buy on that date, Chris was exceptional salesman and the environment at the dealership was very welcoming.

17 years ago we bought a Camry Hybrid from Team Toyota - today it finally needed to be replaced. Only Team Toyota had the exact config we wanted in stock. We were helped by Dan Formagiu - he was easy to deal with, answered all our questions. Later in the day I left a message for him, and he got back to me within minutes. Same after we sent an email.
